摘    要:用离子交换层析法测定了湖北恩施高硒和其邻近地区居民以及口服补充不同剂量硒的北京居民尿中三甲基硒离子硒(TMSe~+-Se)的排出量。现场和补充实验的结果显示尿中TMSe~+-Se排出量随尿总硒(T-Se)量的增加而增加,但TMSe~+-Se不是尿硒的主要成分,即使在慢性硒中毒的居民尿中TMSe~+Se排出量也只占尿总硒(T-Se)的5%左右。T-Se量和TMSe~+-Se/T-Se比值之间无显著的正相关。因此,尿中TMSe~+-Se排出量不能作为人体摄入过量硒或硒中毒的生化指标。

Abstract:The amounts of urinary TMSe~+-Se of inhabitants living in seleniferous area and its neighboring place and of Beijing residents ocally supplemented with different doses of Se were determined by ion exchange chromatography. It was found that in both field and supplementary trial the amount of TMSe~+-Se excreted increased with the increase of total Se in urine, but TMSe~+-Se was obviously not the major metabolite in urine even in people suffering from chronic Se poisoning. There is no positive correlation between the total amount of excreted Se and the fraction of TMSe~+-Se.This result indicates that urinary TMSe~+-Se may not be a useful biochemical parameter for assessing human Se poisoning.
