| 摘 要： | 目的观察术前访视中心理干预对老年手术患者焦虑、抑郁的影响,以积累经验,指导临床工作。方法选取我院行择期全身麻醉的200例老年患者分为观察组100例与对照组100例,观察组在手术前进行床旁术前访视时予以心理干预。对照组只进行术前访视而不进行心理干预。采用焦虑及抑郁自评量表评价患者的心理状况。结果观察组心理干预后患者焦虑及抑郁评分明显下降,但是观察组焦虑及抑郁评分下降值显著高于对照组。术前心理干预前无配偶组焦虑及抑郁评分下降值显著高于有配偶组,术前心理干预后二组评分均降低,但是无配偶组焦虑及抑郁评分下降值显著高于有配偶组。结论术前访视中心理干预能明显改善全身麻醉老年手术患者的心理状态,缓解围手术期焦虑及抑郁情绪,尤其对无配偶的老年患者,临床应用效果更理想。
