| 摘 要： | 目的:研究芙蓉膏药材70%乙醇提取时分提与合提对处方中有效成分盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷以及大黄羟基蒽醌衍生物含量的影响。方法:采用HPLC检测定各提取液中盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷和大黄羟基蒽醌衍生物的含量。结果:合提对黄芩苷含量影响不大,而盐酸小檗碱含量降低23.96%,大黄羟基蒽醌衍生物总量降低20.16%。结论:芙蓉膏中药物以乙醇为溶媒提取时宜分组提取,以保证有效成分的转移率,确保疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: Research the effects of respective and mixed extraction on active ingredient content in Furong Ointment. Method: Berberine hydrochloride,baicalin and hydroxy anthraquinone derivatives of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei were determined by HPLC. Result: By mixed extraction, the effect on baicalin was little,and the contents of berberine hydrochloride and hydroxy anthraquinone derivatives of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei were reduced 23.96% and 20.16% respectively. Conclusion: Herbs in Furong Ointment should be extracted by alcohol respectively. |
