流行性出血热的血液流变学研究

摘    要:对130例EHF临床各期的全血粘度、血浆粕度、全血还原粘度、血球压积、血沉和血沉方程K值进行动态观测。除发热期的血沉、低血压期的血沉、血沉方程K值和多尿期、恢复期的血浆粘度外,其余各项与正常比较均有显著的改变(P<0.05~0.01)。这些变化的临床意义,作者认为全血粘度增加是EHF难治性休克的重要原因,提出控制全血粘度增加是EHF治疗的重要措施。

Abstract:This study reports the kinetic changes of whole blood and plasma viscosity, reducing viscosity of whole blood, hematocrit, erythrocyte sedimentation rate ( ESR ) and K value of ESR equation in different phases of 130 patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever ( EHF ) , in comparison with their normal range. There were significant changes(P<0.05-0.01 ) in items except for ESR in the febrile phase and the hypotensive phase, K value of ESR equation in the hypotensive phase, and plasma viscosity in the diuretic phase and the convalescent phase. Clinically, the increase of the whole blood viscosity was more significant. It increased by 24% during the hypotensive phase and 18.7% during the febrile phase. The authors believe that the increase of the whole blood viscosity could slow down the blood circulation., and decrease oxygen saturation of the tissue and cardiac output. Thus, it is an important measure to control the raising of the whole blood viscosity in the treatment of EHF.
