| 摘 要： | 自1985年9月到1989年3月,作者为11例无再植条件的末节断指及手外伤后末节部分或全部缺如的病人,分别采用指甲瓣或趾甲瓣移植术修复指甲缺损,获得了较好效果。文中详细讨论了该术式的适应症及手术要点。

| Abstract: | From Sept. 1985 to Mar. 1989, 12 defects of finger nail on 11 cases, who had a amputation at the distal finger segment which could not be replanted or a defect of distal finger segment totally or partially, were repaired with a finger or toe nail flap. All of the finger and toe nail flap survived 7 cases of them were followed up from 3 months to 2 years, The appearance and function are relatively satisfactory. The key points and indication of operation are discussed in detail. |
