100例超万元住院病例医疗费用的分析

目的：分析医疗费用增高的主要原因。方法：随机抽样100例超万元住院病例进行回顾性调查，对被调查病例的住院日、医疗总费用、住院费、药品费、手术费、治疗费、检查费等进行统计分析，并与全院住院病例平均费用进行比较。结果：被调查病例的平均住院日、平均总费用和手术费都明显高于全院住院病例；被调查病例的平均药品费高于全院住院病病例。结论：医疗费用增高的主要原因是住院天数长、药品费高和收治指征不严格等。

Analysis on 100 patients with medical expense of more than 10 thousand yuan

Objective : To analyse the chief causes of increase in medical expense. Method: One hundred in-patients with medical expense of more than 10 thousand yuan were singled out randomly. Their number of hospitalization days .overall medical expense and expenses of hospitalization,drug,examinations and operation were compared with those of whole in-patients. Result:The values of number of hospitalization days,overall medical expense and operation expense were significantly higher in the 100 samled out in-patients than the averages of the whole in-patients. Conclusion :The chief causes of high medical cost are long hospitalization period,high medicinal cost and too liberal admission treatment.
