| 摘 要： | 检测１８７例呼吸道感染儿ＣＭＶ－ｓＩｇＭ和外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群，ＣＭＶ－ｓＩｇＭ阳性率４２．７８５（８０／１８７），其中反复呼吸道感染的５２例检出率为６３．４６（３３／５２），较非反复呼吸道感染患儿检出率３４．８１％（４６／１３５）明显增高。同时发现反复呼吸道感染患儿合并ＣＭＶ感染ＣＤ４细胞和ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８降低，且有统计学意义。

| Abstract: | CMV infections was studied in 187 children with espiratory infections by inderect ELISA. The results showed that CMV infections positive rate was 63.46% in RRI and 34.84% in non recurrent infections ( P <0 01).Meanwhile the authors recovered that when chidren with RRI suffered from CMV infections, CD4 cells and CD4/CD8 were decreased and there was statistical difference comparing with RRI who hadn't CMV infections and normal control.So it was suggested that RRI could cause increase of incidence of CMV infections and CMV could result in decrease of cellular immunity. |
