| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察中心性渗出性脉络膜视网膜病变 (centralexudativechorioretinopathy ,CEC)的光学相干断层扫描 (opticalcoherencetomography ,OCT)图像特征。方法 :对中渗患者 14例 15只眼进行OCT检测 ,应用OCT软件进行脉络膜新生血管 (choroidalneovascularization ,CNV)大小的定量测量。结果 :14例 15只眼均发现CNV的存在 ,形态呈纺锤形 9只眼 ( 60 % ) ,半球形 4只眼 ( 2 6 7% ) ,半月形 2只眼 ( 13 3 % )。神经上皮层无明显异常的 8只眼 ( 5 3 3 % ) ,伴神经上皮浆液性脱离者 2只眼 ( 13 3 % ) ,伴轻度神经上皮层间水肿者 5只眼( 3 3 3 % )。CNV长、宽、厚的平均值为 ( 967 73± 3 3 5 78) μm、 ( 773 2 0± 2 15 68) μm、 ( 2 5 7 93± 5 9 72 ) μm。结论 :OCT检查可以发现中渗患者CNV的存在 ,描述其形态特征 ,对FFA及ICGA有重要的补充作用。
