| 摘 要： | 目的：研究RhoA蛋白在人胃癌细胞株SGC-7901细胞核内的分布。方法：采用免疫荧光，免疫组化以及Western Blotting检测不同方法提取的蛋白样品，观察RhoA蛋白在人胃癌细胞株SGC-7901核内的分布情况。结果：以上方法的结果均显示RhoA蛋白在SGC-7901的细胞核内有分布。结论：在人胃癌细胞株SGC-7901中，RhoA蛋白不仅分布在细胞质和细胞膜，在细胞核内也有分布。

| Abstract: | Objective: This experiment was designed to study the distribution of RhoA in the nucleus of human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901.Methods: Immunofluorescence assay,immunocytochemistry assay,and Western blotting for detecting different protein samples from cells were applied,and the distribution of RhoA in the nucleus of human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 was investigated.Results: Results from all of the methods revealed that RhoA was found in the nucleus of human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901.Conclusion: In human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901,RhoA was distributed not only in the cytoplasm and cell membrane,but also in the nucleus. |
