氨基酸分析仪法(过甲酸氧化)测定复方氨基酸注射液(18AA)中胱氨酸的含量

摘    要:目的 建立测定复方氨基酸注射液(18AA)中胱氨酸的含量方法。方法 采用柱前衍生-氨基酸分析仪测定。结果 胱氨酸在20.46∽184.10 g.mL 1内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为100.8%,RSD(n=9)为0.91%。结论 本法专属性强、准确、快速、灵敏,可用于测定复方氨基酸注射液中胱氨酸的含量。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a method to determine the content of cystine in Compound Amino Acids injection (18AA). METHODS The pre-column derivation and amino acid analyzer were adopted. RESULTS This method showed that the concentration-response relationship was linear over the range of 20.46-184.10 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 8). The average recovery was 100.8% (RSD=0.91%, n=9). CONCLUSION The method is specific, accurate, rapid, sensitive and suitable for the determination of content of cystine in Compound Amino Acids injection (18AA).
