摘    要:目的:建立畲药檵木叶中没食子酸和槲皮素的含量测定方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定,色谱柱为Agilent-SBC18(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;流速1.0 ml·min-1,柱温30℃;检测波长254 nm.结果:没食子酸和槲皮素的线性范围分别为0.094~0.282 μg(r =0.999 9),0.015 ~0.136 μg(r=1.000 0);平均加样回收率分别为98.97%(RSD=1.74%),99.05%(RSD=1.84%).结论:该方法简便易行、准确、重复性好,可用于畲药檵木叶的质量控制.

Abstract:Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of gallic acid and quercetin in traditional She medicine Folium Loropetali.Methods:HPLC was applied with the chromatographic conditions as follows:the chromatographic column was an Agilent-SB C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) at 30℃,methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid as the mobile phrase with gradient elution,the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min-1 and the detection wavelength was 254nm.Results:The linear range was 0.094-0.282 μg(r =0.999 9) and 0.015-0.136 μg(r =1.000 0),the average recovery was 98.97% (RSD =1.74%) and 99.05% (RSD =1.84%),respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and repeatable,and suitable for the determination of gallic acid and quercetin in traditional She medicine Folium Loropetali.
