脾脏肿瘤的超声诊断

为了总结脾脏不同占位性病变的超声特征,将32例脾脏肿瘤按术后病理分类,分别对其术前超声图像进行回顾性分析总结。结果脾脏血管瘤与肝脏血管瘤声像图表现一致,形态规则,边界清晰,无包膜,后方回声无衰减;原发性脾脏恶性淋巴瘤可呈弥漫性低回声,形态不规则,边界不清晰或呈局限性低回声或蜂窝状低回声,边界清晰,形态规则,内部回声不均匀,后方回声可轻度增强;脾脏转移瘤呈无回声型、低回声型、高回声型及牛眼征4种不同类型的回声。初步研究结果提示,超声检查对脾脏肿瘤具有较高的影像学诊断价值。

Ultrasonic diagnosis of splenic tumor

To summarize the ultrasonic characteristis of different splenic tumor. 32 cases of splenic tumor were classified by pathology and their ultrasonograms retrospectively analyzed. The ultrasonograms of spleen hemangioma were consistent with hepatic hemangioma, their shapes were regular, the boundary was clear and there was no envelope and no attenuation of the echo in the rear area.The ultrasonograms of spleen lymphomas were hypoecho, their shapes were irregular and the boundary was not clear or they were localized, diffuse or faveolate, Their shapes were regular and the boundary was clear, their inner echo was asymmetry, the echo of rear area was lightly gathered. There were four types of the ultrasonograms of spleen metastatic carcinomas: echoless, hypoecho , hyperecho and bull's eye sign .The ultrasonic scan has higher clinical value for splenic tumor.
