内镜下注射硬化剂聚桂醇治疗胃血管畸形出血14例分析

目的探讨内镜下注射硬化剂聚桂醇治疗胃血管畸形的疗效。方法对14例胃血管畸形患者行急诊内镜下注射硬化剂聚桂醇(1%乙氧硬化醇)。结果急诊内镜治疗14例,止血成功12例,2例直接由内镜室转外科手术治疗,1例术后1d再出血亦转外科手术。术后4例出现上腹痛、发热等症状。止血成功的11例随访1～3月均无再出血。结论内镜下注射硬化剂聚桂醇治疗胃血管畸形有较好的疗效,但存在一定的并发症和再出血风险。

Analysis of Endoscopic Sclerosing Agent Lauromacrogol Injection on the Treatment of Gastric Vascular Malformations

Objective To investigate the efficacy of the endoscopic sclerotherapy lauromacrogol injection on the treatment of gastric vascular malformations.Methods Emergency endoscopic of sclerotherapy lauromacrogol(1% aethoxysklerol) injection were performed on 14 cases with gastric vascular malformations.Results Of the 14 cases provided with emergency endoscopic treatment,hemostasis was successful in 12 cases,2 cases was transfered directly from endoscopic room to surgical operation treatment,1 case was also transferred to the surgical operation for postoperative rebleeding 1 day later,4 cases presented with upper abdominal pain,fever and other symptoms after the endoscopic operation,and the 11 cases of successful hemostasis had no further bleeding followed-up of 1-3 month.Conclusion The treatment of endoscopic injection with sclerotherapy lauromacrogol for gastric vascular malformations has better curative effect,but there are some complications and the risk of rebleeding.
