全视网膜光凝联合睫状突光凝治疗新生血管性青光眼的临床研究

目的评价氪多波长激光行全视网膜光凝联合睫状突光凝治疗新生血管性青光眼的临床疗效。方法新生血管性青光眼31例（31只眼）,分别多次氪多波长激光行全视网膜光凝联合睫状突光凝治疗。结果观察及随访1～12个月2,2只眼眼压〈21 mm Hg,成功率占70.96%,5只眼视力有提高,占16.13%,虹膜新生血管完全消退,达100%。未见眼球萎缩等严重并发症。结论氪多波长激光全视网膜光凝联合睫状突光凝治疗新生血管性青光眼是一种疗效确切、成功率高的治疗方法。

Clinical study of neovascular glaucoma treated by laser coagulation combined with ciliary process photocoagulation

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of laser coagulation combined with ciliary process photocoagulation for patients with neovascular glaucoma.Methods 31 eyes with neovascular glaucoma were treated by panretinal photocoagulation combined with ciliary process photocoagulation.The intraocular pressure、visual acuity and complications were observed.Results All patients were followed up for 1 to 12 months.The intraocular pressure of 22 eyes were controlled norma1(<21 mm Hg),and the success rate was 70.96%.Visual acuity of 5 eyes were increased,reaching 16.13%.Iris neovascularization disappeared in all cases,reaching 100%.Serous complications was not observed.Conclusion Laser coagulation combined with ciliary process photocoagulation increase the success in neovascular glaucoma.
