腹腔镜胆囊切除术在原发性腹腔粘连患者中的疗效评价与应用体会

目的 探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)在原发性腹腔粘连患者中的疗效评价与应用体会.方法 回顾分析2005年1月至2010年1月10例LC中遇原发性腹腔粘连患者的临床资料,并随机选择同期LC无腹腔粘连患者15例作对比分析.结果 两组均顺利完成手术,无中转开腹及严重手术并发症的发生,平均住院时间,术中出血等差异无统计学意义.腹腔粘连组手术时间较对照组明显增加.结论 原发性腹腔粘连患者行LC手术安全、可靠,注意术中操作细节可作为首选术式.

Estimation of the Curative Effect and Experience on Application of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in Patients with Primary Abdominal Cavity Adhesion

Objective To approach the estimation of the curative effect and experience on application of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) in patients with primarybdominal cavity adhesion.Methods To retrospetively analyse the clinical data of the patients with primary abdominal cavity adhesion taking the operation of LC during January 2005 and January 2010.Randomly select 15 patients taking the operation LC at the corresponding time period to form control group.Results The LC operation was successfully performed in the two groups with no complications occurred.The difference of the mean length of stay and the hemorrhage during the operation had no statistical significance.The length of the operation time in the patients with primary abdominal cavity adhesion apparently increased.Conclusion LC in the patients with primary abdominal cavity adhesion is safe and reliable.LC can be selected as the preferted operation only to be attention about the details of the operating.
