某地区人乳头瘤病毒感染的基因分型及年龄分布

目的研究东莞市凤岗镇人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染率,基因分型和年龄分布特征,确定该地区的优势型别及高风险人群。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR和核酸分子快速导流杂交分型技术对28635例门诊妇女进行HPV基因分型检测。分析HPV亚型感染分布特点,计算各年龄段妇女高危型HPV(hr-HPV)的感染率。结果该地区妇女HPV感染率为23.01%(6589/28635),高危亚型(hr-HPV)感染率为19.10%(5469/28635),低危亚型HPV感染率为3.91%(1120/28635),感染率最高亚型是HPV16(31.61%),其次为58、52、18、33、和68型。不同年龄妇女hr-HPV阳性率间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),20～29岁阳性率最高。结论该地区人群感染HPV优势型别为HPV16,且hr-HPV阳性率与年龄有关,20～29岁是hr-HPV感染的高峰期。

Analysis of Human papillomavirus genotype and ages distribution in some area

Objective To evaluate human papillomavirus(HPV)infection genotype and age distribution in Fenggang region,and to determine the main region’s strengths and high-risk groups.Methods 28,635cases of outpatient women were tested with HPV Real-time PCR and DNA chip genotyping Methods.distribution of HPV types infection was analyzed,and the prevalence of highrisk HPV(hr-HPV)infection rates were calculated in each age group.Results The infection rate of HPV among these women in Fenggang was 23.01%(6589/28635),the high risk subtypes(hr-HPV)was 19.1%(5469/28635),the low-risk subtypes was 3.91%(1 120/28 635),the predominant subtype was HPV16(31.61%),followed by the subtypes of 58,52,18,33and 68.The prevalence of hr-HPV infections was significantly different among different age groups(P<0.05),with the 20-29age group had the highest prevalence.Conclusion The predominant subtype of HPV infection is HPV16in Fenggang region,and hr-HPV-positive rate is related with age,20-29years are hr-HPV infection peak.
