| 摘 要： | 目的研究宣城地区居民血浆总胆固醇(CHOL)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平及分布。方法应用日立OLYMPUSAU-640全自动生化分析仪检测宣城地区3310例体检人员空腹血脂,血脂指标包括TG、CHOL和HDL-C,比较不同性别和年龄组间血脂水平差别及血脂异常患病率的差异。结果 3310例中检出高CHOL500例(占15.10%),高TG1140例(占34.44%)以及HDL-C降低700例(占21.14%)。结论宣城地区成人中血脂异常患病率较高,并且随年龄增大而增高,男女性别间血脂异常患病率差异有统计学意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To study plasma total cholesterol(CHOL),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDLC)levels of adults in Xuancheng.Methods The serum total CHOL,HDL-C and TG were detected by chemistry test in 3 310 health checking people.Results High CHOL were detected in 500of 3 310cases(accounts for 15.10%),high TG 1140(accounts for 34.44%),and HDL-C reduces 70 0people(account for21.14%).Conclusion The prevalence of dyslipidemia is high in Xuancheng and there are differences of dyslipidemia between the two sexes. |
