紫外线局部照射后皮下瘀血吸收时间的观察

摘    要:目的:进一步探讨紫外线(UV)红斑治疗外伤性皮下瘀血的机理。方法:外伤性皮下瘀血患者瘀血区皮肤行UV局部照射后,观察UV红斑及血纤溶活性对瘀血吸收时间的影响。结果:在抑制UV照射对血纤维蛋白溶解系统的激活的条件下,UV促进皮下瘀血的平均吸收时间无明显变化(P〉0.05);减弱UV的红斑反应,UV照射后瘀血平均吸收时间显著延长(P〈0.01)。较长时间红外线瘀血区照射,也可促进瘀血的吸收。结论:UV

Abstract:Objective: To elucidate the mechanism of local ultraviolet (UV) irradiation on traumatic subcutaneous ecchymosis (TSE). Methods: Ecchymosis was locally irradiated by UV in patients with traumatic subcutaneous ecchymosis (TSE), and then influences of both UV erythema and fibrinolytic activity on absorption time (AT) of TSE were observed. Results: Despite UV irradiation failing to enhance fibrinolytic system because of intravenous administration of p aminomethyl benzoic acid,mean AT of TSE after local UV irradiation had no significant alteration ( P >0.05). However, after UV erythema reaction had been inhibited by procaine, mean AT of TSE appeared remarkably longer ( P <0.01). Much longer local infrared irradiation on ecchymosis field cought also have TSE absorbed effectively. Conclusion: Absorption of TSE due to UV irradiation related mainly to UV' erythema reaction.
