高龄食管癌贲门癌围手术期治疗

目的 探讨70岁以上高龄食管癌、贲门癌的术前、术后治疗。方法 回顾分析2000年3月2003年5月收治的30例70岁以上食管癌、贲门癌患者的手术前准备及术后治疗情况。结果 全组手术后共发生并发症8例，并发症发生率26．7％，死亡1例，死亡率3．3％。结论 高龄食管癌、贲门癌患者多合并其他脏器疾病，术前针对性的处理，术中、术后密切监护、及时治疗，对减少术后并发症，提高手术成功率至关重要。

Perioperative treatment of elderly esophageal and cardiac carcinomas

Objective To explore the perioperative treatments of over 70 elderly patients with esophageal and cardiac carcinomas. Methods From March 2002 to May 2003, the data of preoperative preparation and postoperative treatments of 30 over 70 elderly patients with esophageal and cardiac carcinomas were analyzed retrospectively. Results In this group, postoperative complications occurred in 8 cases with the occurrence being 26.7%. One patient died after surgery with the mortality being 3.3%. Conclusion The elderly patients with esophageal and cardiac carcinomas were often associated with other organ diseases. So perioperatively close observation and active therapy are crucial important for reducing postoperative complications and promoting successful rate of surgical operation.
