| 摘 要： | 本文报告了１１例慢性肺心病合并重症ＤＩＣ，用肝素和鲜血浆为主综合治疗后，８例救治成功（有效率达７２．７％）。并对肺心病并发重症ＤＩＣ的早期诊断，用药剂量的特殊性进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | This paper reported 11 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease and complicated severe DIC,All the patients were treated with heparin and fresh plasma mailly. Among them 8 patients were cured.The cure rate was 72.7%.The speciality of early clinic signs and the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated severe DIC was discussed. |
