| 摘 要： | 作者采用大功率He—Ne激光照射口腔溃疡病灶区,观察临床效果,检测激光照射对血中免疫球蛋白、补体、循环免疫复合物水平及淋巴细胞转化率的影响。结果表明,激光照射治疗复发性口腔溃疡,有良好的临床效果,治愈率82％,总有效率达100％;激光照射具有免疫增强效应,照射前后系列免疫指标比较(P<0.01),差异有高度显著性。

| Abstract: | In order to observe the clinical results and to measure the effects of He-Ne laser on immunoglobulin, complement, circulating immune complex and lymphocyte transformation rate,the He-Ne laser with large power was used to irradiate the focus area of oral ulcer. The results showed that the clinical effects were good. The cure rate was 82% and the total effective rate was 100%. Laser irradiation has the effect of immune enhancement. Compared with the immune indices of preirradiation,the difference was highly significant(p<0. 01). |
