摘    要:目的 :应用高效液相色谱法测定抗感颗粒中绿原酸和芍药苷的含量。方法 :DiamonsilC18 柱(4 6×250mm ,5μm) ,流动相为乙腈 -水 -磷酸(20∶80∶0 4) ,流速1 0ml/min,检测波长为235nm。结果 :绿原酸在进样量0 4 -4 0μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 ;平均加样回收率为98 71 %,RSD=1 70%(n=6)。芍药苷在进样量1 0 -10 0μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 ;平均加样回收率为99 47 % ,RSD=0 88%(n=6)。结论 :HPLC法操作简便、易行、重现性好 ,可用于抗感颗粒的质量控制

Abstract:Purpose:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid and paeoniflorin in Kang Gan Granules.Methods:A diamonsil C 18 column was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid(20∶80∶0.4)with the flow rate1.0ml/min and the detection wavelength235nm.Results:The linearity of chlorogenic acid turned out to be good within the range of0.4-4with the average recovery rate reaching98.71%,RSD=1.7%(n=6).The linearity of paeoniflorin also turned out to be good within the range of1.0-10.0μg.The average recovery rate reached99.47%,RSD=0.88%(n=6).Conclusions:HPLC method is easy and simple to operate with good reappearance.It is ideal for quality control of Kang Gan Granules.
