[目的 ]调查高压氧治疗病人对健康教育知识、方法的需求。 [方法 ]用自制问卷分别在首次行高压氧治疗前和治疗1个疗程结束后 ,采用访谈法对 77例高压氧治疗病人进行调查。 [结果 ]病人对健康教育知识的需求具有阶段性和规律性 ,但也存在一些误区 ,有待于护理人员正确引导。对健康教育方法的需求具有多样性。[结论 ]护士开展健康教育时 ,要根据病人对健康教育需求的特点有针对性地进行

A survey and analysis of health education demand in patients underwent hyperbaric oxygenation therapy

Objective: to investigate on the demand of patients underwent hyperbaric oxygenation for knowledge and method of health education. Method: a total of 77 patients underwent hyperbaric oxygenation were investigated via filling out self-designed questionnaire before and after the first time of the treatment duration respectively. Results: there were some phases and regularity in terms of patients' demand for health education. However, there were some misunderstand towards the health education, which need the correct guidance of nurses. Patients' demands for the methods of health education were diversified. Conclusion: nurses should conduct health education accordingly based on the demands of patients.
