MMP-2、TIMP-2在骨肉瘤侵袭转移中的作用

目的 研究骨肉瘤术后标本中MMP-2、TIMP-2的表达,结合临床病理资料,探讨二者在骨肉瘤侵袭转移过程中的作用和相互关系.方法 利用免疫组织化学染色法检测53例骨肉瘤标本及20例骨软骨瘤中MMP-2、TIMP-2的表达.结果 MMP-2在骨肉瘤中高表达,在骨软骨瘤中低表达,而TIMP-2则相反.MMP-2和TIMP-2的表达与骨肉瘤的病理组织类型无明显关系,而与软组织侵袭和远处转移有关.MMP-2和TIMP-2在骨肉瘤中的表达有明显的相关性.MMP-2和TIMP-2表达之间的平衡在骨肉瘤侵袭转移过程中有重要作用,MMP-2阳性TIMP-2阴性时具有明显的软组织侵袭和远处转移倾向.结论 MMP-2和TIMP-2表达与骨肉瘤的侵袭、转移有密切关系,为骨肉瘤侵袭转移的预测和预后的判断及临床治疗提供理论依据.

The function of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in the invasion and metastasis of osteosarcoma

Objective 31ais study explored the function and relationship of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in the invasion and metastasis of OS. The expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in OS specimens and pathological results were compared. Methods Immunohistochemical method was undertaken to the research of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 on 53 OS and 20 osteochondroma specimens. Results The expression of MMP-2 was high in OS, was low in osteochondroma,but the expression of TIMP-2 was reversed. The expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 had no correlation to pathological types of OS,but had correlation with invasion and metastasis of soft tissue. There was distinct correlation in the expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in OS. The balance of expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 played an important role in OS invasion and metastasis. Both positive expression of MMP-2 and negative expres- sion of TIMP-2 in OS might indicated higher potential of invasion and metastasis. Conclusion The expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 had close correlation to the invasion and metastasis of Os, provided academic gist for the prognostcation of the invasion and metastasis of OS, prognosis and clinic treatment.
