| 摘 要： | 目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定风痹丸中异补骨脂素含量的方法。方法：采用Agela Promosil C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）色谱柱,以甲醇-水（50∶50）为流动相;流速：0.8 ml/min;检测波长：247 nm。结果：异补骨脂素在7.6～45.6μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好（r=0.999 8）,平均回收率为99.09%,RSD=2.77%。结论：该法简便、易操作,专属性强,重复性好,可用于风痹丸中异补骨脂素的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a method for the content determination of Isopsoralen in Fenbi Pills by HPLC.Meth-ods： The Agela Promosil C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm） column was used.The mobile phases consisted of methanol and wa-ter（50∶50）,the flow rate was 0.8 ml/min and the detection wavelength was at 247 nm.Results： The linear range of Isopso-ralen was 7.6-45.6 μg/ml（r=0.999 8）.The average recovery was 99.09% with a RSD of 2.77%.Conclusion： The method is fast,reliable,accurate and reproducible.It can be used in the quality control of Isopsoralen in Fenbi Pills. |
