胸腔镜用于诊断胸腔积液的护理

[目的]探讨胸腔镜用于诊断胸腔积液的护理配合措施。[方法]对128例病人术前做好心理护理,加强呼吸道管理,进行肺功能锻炼,指导病人咳嗽及深呼吸锻炼;术中密切配合医生操作;术后加强生命体征监测,保证引流管通畅,合理止痛,严密观察与及时处理并发症。[结果]128例病人手术过程顺利,无严重并发症及死亡病例,123明确诊断,术后恢复良好。[结论]胸腔镜手术的成功与否与医生操作熟练程度密切相关,但护士充分的术前准备,术中密切配合,术后严密观察病情及精心护理是胸腔镜手术成功的关键。

Nursing care of patients with pleural effusion diagnosed via thoracoscope

Objective:To probe into nursing cooperative measures for patients applying thoracoscope to diagnose their pleural effusion.Methods:A total of 128 patients with pleural effusion have performed well of preoperative psychological nursing.They were given strengthened management of respiratory tract.They were conducted lung function training and were instructed to cough and deep breathing exercises.During operation,nurses cooperated well with doctors' manipulation.Monitoring of vital signs of patients had been strengthened.To ensure their drainage tube unobstructed for these patient after operation,to provide reasonable odynolysis,to observe closely and to treat complications in time for these patient after operation.Results:All 128 patients have undergone operation smoothly.All of them had no severe complications and none was dead.Of 123 cases were diagnosed unequivocally and they were recovered better after operation.Conclusion:Operation of patients via thoracoscope can success or not was closely related to doctor's skills on operation.However,enough preoperative preparation of nurses and close intra-operative cooperation and close postoperative observation on disease and careful nursing care are keys of successful thoracoscope operation.
