微生态制剂对危重病患者胃肠功能障碍的治疗作用

目的研究微生态制剂（金双歧）对危重病患者胃肠功能障碍恢复的治疗作用及多器官功能障碍综合征（MODS）的防治。方法96例ICU胃肠功能障碍的危重病患者，分为两组：金双歧治疗组（56例），对照组（40例），观察两组患者胃肠功能评分、Marshall评分、APACHEⅡ评分、MODS的发生率与病死率。结果金双歧治疗组治疗后胃肠功能评分、APACHEⅡ评分及Marshall评分均有所降低，MODS的发生率和病死率均与对照组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论微生态制剂对危重病患者胃肠功能障碍具有较好的治疗作用，可明显降低MODS的发生率和病死率。

Influence of microecologiao modular on the severity of gastrointestinal dysfunction in cases with multipleorgan dysfunction syndrome

Objective To observe the clinical effect of microecologiao modular on the gastrointeatinal dysfunction in patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome （MODS）. Method Ninety -six patients with critical illness,who were admitted to ICU,were divided into 2 groups： the group treated with microecologiao modular （n =56） and the control group （n =40）. The alleviative rate and time of gastrointestinal dysfunction,morbidity and mortality of MODS in 2 groups were observed. Results After treatmenta,the intestinal dysfunction score, APACHE Ⅱ score and Marsha Ⅱ score olc all patients were decreasod,at the sametime, the therapeutic effects in microecologiao modular group were more significant than in control group （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Microecologiao modular might achieve better effects on gastrointestinal dysfunction in patients with critical illness, and reduce the morbidity and mortality of MODS obviously.
