脑室囊性病变的诊断与治疗(附11例报告)

目的总结脑室囊性病变的诊断及治疗经验。方法对我科经手术治疗的11例脑室囊性病变的临床表现、影像学特征及处理方法进行分析。结果手术摘除并经病理证实为脑囊虫5例，脑包虫2例；囊壁切除或部分切除经组织学证实为神经上皮性囊肿4例。结论脑室囊性病变临床表现无特异性，影像学虽具有一定特征性，但定性诊断较困难。有颅高压者的治疗应以手术为手段，若能明确诊断者可分别采取不同手术方式，否则应采用探查性手术。

Diagnosis and treatment of cystic lesion in cerebral ventricle: report of 11 cases

Objective To sum up the diagnosis and treatment experience of cystic lesion in cerebral ventricle. Methods 11 cases of cystic lesion in cerebral ventricle were analyzed in respect of clinical manifestations, neuroimaging findings and treatment. Results Pathological diagnosis reveals 5 cerebral cysticercus and 2 cerebral echinococcoses, and histological examination of cyst membrane removed totally or partially shows 4 neuroepithelial cysts. Conclusion There are no typical manifestations of cystic lesion in ventricular. Although neuroimaging is helpful to some extent, qualitative diagnosis is still difficult. Intracranial hypertension patient should undergo surgery, and the patients diagnosed definitely can receive different surgical modes accordingly, otherwise exploratory operation should be resorted to.
