| 摘 要： | 为寻求中西医结合诊治糖尿病肾病的较佳模式，观察了２４８例糖尿病肾病患者的西医分期和中医辨证情况。结果：２４８例患者中，早期糖尿病肾病有８７例，中医辨证为气阴两虚证者６２例，占７１．２６％，临床期糖尿病肾病有１３３例，中医辨证为阴阳两虚证者１０３例，占７７．４４％，终末期糖尿病有２８例，中医辨证为阳衰湿浊瘀阻证者２４例，占８５．７１％，占８５．７１％。提示：在糖尿病肾病分期辨证中，早期，临床期和终末

| Abstract: | To find a better method for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy (DN), the relationship between the clinical phases and TCM syndrome differentiation of DN were observed in 248 cases. The results showed that there were 62 cases ( 71.26% ) with Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome in 87 cases of early stage of DN, 103 ( 77.44% ) with Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome in 133 of clinical stage of DN and 24( 85.71% ) with Yang failure and stagnation of dampness and blood in 28 of late stage of DN.It is indicated that there are specific TCM syndromes in different clinical phases of DN and the combination of clinical phases and TCM syndrome differentiation is a better pattern for the diagnosis and treatment of DN. |
