| 摘 要： | 目的：分析精神科开放病房患者自杀危险因素，为护理提供可靠依据。方法：采用自杀危险因素评估量表对精神科开放病房169名患者进行评估分析。结果：存在自杀风险的患者占58％，其中极危险11例（30～40分），很危险20例（20～30分），危险67例（10～20分），较安全（10分以下）的71例，占42％。结论：精神科开放病房住院患者存在自杀风险，量化评估可为住院患者安全提供护理依据。

| Abstract: | Objective: To analyze the suicide risk factors among psychiatric inpatients in opening wards. Methods: Totally 169 patients were investigated by the suicide risk factors evaluation scale. Results: Among the 169 patients, 98 patients (58%) presented high risk of suicide. There were 11, 20, 67, and 71 patients whose total score were 30~40, 20~30, 10~20, and below 10, respectively.
