摘    要:目的 研究不同抗生素组合不同给药途径对患儿呼气氢试验 (BHT)的影响。方法 :采用HD - 1型测氢仪检测 75例住院患儿应用不同抗生素组合前后及不同给药方式的空腹呼气氢 (FBH)值。结果 :几种感染性疾病之间FBH相比差异无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;不同抗生素组合及不同给药方式对FBH影响无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :抗生素抑制肠道产氢 ,但对患儿BHT的影响与其种类及给药方法无密切相关。

Abstract:Objective: Studied the effect of different antibiotic unites in different ways to children's breath hydrogen test (BHT).Methods:The HD-1 type hydrogen test instrument was used to test fasting breath hydrogen valuses of 75 children,which were given different antibiotic unites in different ways.Results:The FBH among several infect disease had not signifieient difference (P>0.05),And so did the effect of the different antibiotic unites and ways given to children's FBH values(P>0.05).Conclusion:Antibiotic inhibited intestines to produce hydrogon.But those effect had no close relation with types and ways given to children.
