浙江省慈溪市胃癌危险因素病例对照研究

目的 探讨慈溪市居民胃癌的各种危险因素.方法 随机选择慈溪市原发性胃癌现症病例199例,采用1:1频数匹配的病例对照研究法,进行胃癌流行病学调查,并以条件logistic回归法分析各因素与胃癌发生的关系.结果 在调整了部分因素的影响后,胃溃疡史(OR=18.04,95%CI:3.94～82.56),A型性格(OR=2.26,95%CI:1.45～3.55),情绪自我调节能力差(OR=2.63,95%CI:1.00～6.91)可明显增加胃癌发生的相对危险性.结论 胃溃疡史、A型性格、情绪自我调节能力差对慈溪市居民胃癌的高发有一定的影响.

A case-control study on the risk factors of gastric cancer in Cixi City

Objective The present study was conducted to gain insight into the risk factors of gastric cancer in Cixi. Methods For epidemical survey, 199 gastric cancer patients were randomly selected from the residents of Cixi city for 1∶1 frequency-matched case control study. The relationships between gastric cancer and risk factors were estimated by conditional Logistic regression models. Results Increased risks of gastric cancer were associated with the history of gastric ulcer disease(OR=18.04, 95%CI:3.94-82.56), A-type characteristics(OR=2.26, 95%CI:1.45-3.55), and poor ability in self-regulation of mood(OR=2.63, 95%CI:1.00-6.91). Conclusion History of gastric ulcer disease, A-type characteristics and poor ability in self-regulation of mood partially contribute to the incidence of gastric cancer in the residents of Cixi.
