NP与FP方案治疗晚期食管鳞癌的临床对比观察

目的：比较长春瑞滨（NVB）联合顺铂（DDP）与氟尿嘧啶（5-Fu）联合顺铂治疗晚期食管鳞癌的疗效和毒副作用。方法：62例晚期食管鳞癌患者随机分为NP组和FP组。分别采用NP（NVB＋DDP）和FP（5-Fu＋DDP）方案化疗。结果：NP组有效率53．3％，FP组有效率34．4％，两组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；毒副作用除局部静脉炎NP组高于FP组外，其余相同。结论：NP方案治疗晚期食管鳞癌优于FP方案，值得临床上进一步观察和研究。

Vinorelbin plus Cisplatin Chemotherapy and Fluorourcil plus Cisplatin in the treatment of advanced terminal squamous cancer of esophagus

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse effects of vinorelbine（NVB）plus cisplatin （DDP） and flu orouraeil（5-Fu）plus cisplatin （DDP） for terminal squamous cancer of the esophagus.Methods：Sixty-two patients in this study were divided into NP（NVB＋DDP）group and FP（5-Fu＋DDP）group.Results：The response rate of NP group was 53.3%, and that of FP group was 34.4%,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.In addition to toxic reaction of phlebitis NP group was higher than FP group,the rest adverse effects were same.Conclusion：NP in the treatment of terminal squamous cancer of the esophagus is better than FP chemotherapy,it is worth furthering clinical observation and research.
