米非司酮对人精子线粒体功能的影响

摘    要:本文建立了用若丹明123(Rh123)和碘化吡啶(PI)染色并做流式细胞分析检测人精子线粒体功能的方法。观察了米非司酮对人精子线粒体功能的影响。结果表明:1.最佳实验条件是精子密度为5×106/ml;Rh123染色温度为37℃。2.经米非司酮作用后,精子线粒体功能明显下降;因此米非司酮有抑制精子线粒体功能的作用。

Abstract:A method for assessment of human sperm mitochondrial function was established by flow cytometry after staining with rhodamine123(Rh123)and propidium iodide(PI),and the effect of Mifepristone on sperm mitochondrial function was investigated with the above method in this paper.1.The results have shown:The optimal experiment conditions are that sperm density is 5×106/ml; Rh123 staining temperature is at 37℃.2.After Mifepristone treatment the sperm mitochondrial activity decreased distinctly.Therefore Mifepristone can affect the sperm mitochondrial activity evidently.
