米非司酮对人早孕蜕膜和绒毛超微结构的影响

摘    要:从超微结构水平,研究早孕妇女口服米非司酮(25mg,Bid×2天)48h后,蜕膜和绒毛的超微结构改变,结果表明:蜕膜中大蜕膜细胞皱缩,粗面内质网和线粒体肿胀,蜕膜颗粒细胞中高电子密度颗粒减少或消失,同时伴随着周围网状纤维的溶解;而绒毛功能活跃的合体滋养细胞则表现不同程度的退行性改变。表明米非司酮阻断孕激素作用,对蜕膜的影响是直接的,而绒毛则主要是受继发性血供不足的影响。蜕膜中颗粒细胞及基质中网状纤维是米非司酮抗早孕重要的作用部位。

Abstract:To study the roles of Mifepristone against early pregnancy,the ultra-structural changes of the decidual and trophoblast cells were investigated, and the specimens were obtained through induced abortion for the volunteers administered with Mifepristone after 48 hours. The large decidual cells predominating in decidtla showed extensive swelling of the rough endoplasmic reticlum and the mitochondria, and eventually developed into the winkled decidual cells. The specific granules of the endometrial granulocytes disappeared,and meanwhile,together with disintegration of the reticular fibers around decidual cells. The varying degenrations occurred in the syncytiotrophoblast cells of the villi. These evidences demonstrated that the Mifepristone induced the release of the specific grames containing the relaxin in the endometrial granulocytes,which may dissoltlte the reticlular fibers. The changes of villi were secondary to the deficient blood supply possibly through decidual impairment.
