| 摘 要： | ９４例不育症夫妇男方患有精索静脉曲张、少精子弱精子症、畸形精子症、精液不液化、免疫不育、阳萎、逆行射精及女方宫颈因素，采取ＡＩＨ或／和药物治疗，提高精液质量等方法，２３例妊娠，妊娠率达２４．６６。研究表明洗涤精子宫腔授精对少精子弱精子症、免疫不育和精液不液化无效。

| Abstract: | In 94 cases of infertile couples due to varicocele,oligoasthenospermia,teratospermia,nonliquefaction of semen, immunologic infertility, impotercy, retrograde ejaculate in men andcervical factors in women, among which AIH and/for medication, improvement in the quality ofsemen were conducted. Among them 23 pregnancies were achieved, the pregnancy rate was 24.46%.The study indicate that IUI is not efficient in the management of sub fertility due to oligoasthenospermia, nonliquefaction of semen and immunologic infertility. |
