摘    要:目的 骨髓是机体重要的造血器官,其中的单个核细胞主要是单核细胞和巨噬细胞,骨髓组织在骨损伤修复过程中也发挥重要的作用,为提高骨形成蛋白(BMP)修复骨缺损的能力。方法 本实验观察了基因重组人骨形成蛋白-2(recombinanthumanBoneMorphogeneticProtein-2,rhBMP2)对培养骨髓细胞生物学活性的影响。结果 低浓度的rhMBP2)对培养骨髓细胞生物学活性的影响。结

Abstract:AIM: Bone marrow cells play an important role inthe repair of bone injury and to improve the ability of bone defect repair of bone morphogenetic protein (BMP ). METHODS: To investigate the effects of recombinant human bonemorphogenon-2 (rhBMP2 ) on biological characters of culturedbone marrow cells in this experiment. RESULTS: The resultsclearly demonstrated that rhBMP2 could increase alkalinephosphate activity and total cel1ular protein of bone marrow cells significantly at low dose(<0. 16 mg/L), with a dose responsible manner, and could also increase cell proliferation athigh dose (>0. 16 mg/L). CONCLUSION: So bone marrowcells were also target cells of rhBMP2, rhBMP2 could inducebone marrow cel1s to differentiate into osteoblastic phenotypeand stimulate bone marrow cells to proliferate. This indicatedthat transplantation of bone marrow cells accompanied withBMP may be an applicable method for bone defect repair.
