| 摘 要： | 用免疫酶法测定了100例鼻咽癌(NPC)患者血清中EB病毒壳抗原免疫球蛋白A和早期抗原免疫球蛋白A抗体,其阳性率分别为93.0％和53.0％,几何平均滴度(GMT)分别为1:64和1:14。NPC患者经放疗后,两种EBV抗体呈逐年下降趋势。提示该试验对NPC的早期诊断,疗效分析和判断预后有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | The immunoenzymatic method was used to test IgA anti-VCA and IgA anti-EA of the EB virus in 100 cases of nasophyngeal carcinoma and in 10 patients with other malignant tumors of the head and neck. The prevalance of IgA antibodies to VCA and EA were 93% and 53%,the antibody GMT was 1:64 and 1:14 respectively in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients. The IgA anti-VGA in other malignant tumor of the head and neck was only 20%, GMT was 1:7,and the IgAanti-EA was negative in all cases. The antibody titer of EBV decreased in year by year after radiotherapy treatment in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients. The results suggested that the test of IgA antibodies against VCA and EA of EBV has some value in early differential diagnosis, curative effect analysis and prognostic value in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients. |
