| 摘 要： | 本文分析了37例经手术证实的闭合性脾损伤超声显象结果。其定位定性诊断符合率为84％。文中提出了脾损伤的声象图类型及其特征,对估计脾损伤程度、脾损伤部位、损伤范围的大小等可为临床治疗提供有价值的资料。并对脾损伤超声显象产生假阴性可能发生的原因进行了阐述。超声显象诊断是腹部闭合性损伤中必要的检查方法。

| Abstract: | 37 cases of blunt splenic trauma which were diagnosed by ultraso-nography and confirmed by surgery are reviewed. The rate of accurate diagnosis is 83.78 %. In our study, the ultrasonographic classification and characteristics of blunt splenic trauma are discussed and the reason of false negative cases is also analysed. Our experimental results show that B-mode ultrasonography can provide valuable data for the assessment of the degree, range of splenic trauma and the choice of therapeutic method. Therefore, it is an essential method for the diagnosis of acute blunt abdominal-trauma. |
