T淋巴细胞亚群与AIDS存活时间的关系探讨--220例AIDS随访死亡病例分析

目的通过对220例艾滋病(AIDS)死亡病例的随访,探讨该病的预后与临床症状、CD4、CD8T淋巴细胞及CD4/CD8比值的关系.方法全部病历经整理后录入电脑进行统计分析.结果 CD4细胞计数、CD4/CD8比值与患者存活时间存在一定的相关性(R分别为0.23、0.34),尤其是CD4计数较低(<100)时,患者生存时间明显缩短(P＜0.01).CD8计数高低与患者存活时间无明显相关性(r＝-0.088).结论 CD4绝对计数和相对比值下降到一定程度,是AIDS进展和恶化的重要标志.

An exploration of the relationship between the sub-T-lymphocytes and survival of AIDS patients-Analysis of 220 AIDS cases whose deaths were confirmed by clinical investigations

Objective To explore the relationship between the prognosis of the AIDS patients and their clinical manifestations,CD 4 lymphocyte counts,CD 8 lymphocyte counst,or CD 4/CD 8 ratio by investigating 220 deaths of the diesease.Methods All the cases were recorded into the computer for calculation and analysis.Results There is certain relationship between the CD 4 T-lymphocyte count or CD 4/CD 8 ratio and the survival of the AIDS patients(r=0.23 or 0.34 separately);especially when the CD 4 count was rather low(below 100),the survival of the patients was significantly shortened(P<0.01).There was virtually no relationship between the CD 8 count and survival of the patients(r=0.088).Conclusion When the CD 4 count is lowered to a certain extent,it is an important index of development and deterioration of the disease.
