| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨当归芍药散合寿胎丸加减治疗肾虚血瘀证早期先兆流产合并子宫肌瘤的疗效。方法 将84例在我院妇科住院治疗的肾虚血瘀证早期先兆流产合并子宫肌瘤患者分为对照组和治疗组各42例，对照组予地屈孕酮口服，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上予当归芍药散合寿胎丸加减口服，疗程2 w后，观察两组治疗前后证候积分、激素水平、治疗后胚胎情况、疗效及妊娠结局。结果 两组治疗后证候积分均较治疗前下降（P<0.05），且治疗组证候积分下降优于对照组（P<0.05）。经治疗后，治疗组的β-HCG水平高于对照组（P<0.05），胚胎符合孕周比例高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗组的临床治愈率及总有效率均高于对照组（P<0.05），且足月产比例高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 当归芍药散合寿胎丸加减配合地屈孕酮口服治疗肾虚血瘀证早期先兆流产合并子宫肌瘤，优于单纯应用地屈孕酮口服治疗早期先兆流产合并子宫肌瘤。
