| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨认知干预对精神分裂症患者康复的影响.方法:将200例精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各100例,对照组患者进行精神分裂症的常规治疗,观察组常规治疗同时进行认知干预,用阳性和阴性综合征量表(PANSS)、社会功能缺陷筛查表(SDSS)和WHO生存质量量表(QOL-100)评定患者康复效果和生存质量,治疗中需处理的不良反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应.结果:观察组患者出院后第1、第2年末再入院率和PANSS、SDSS评分低于对照组(P＜0.01)和QOL-100评分高于同期对照组(P＜0.01);TESS评分两组间差异无显著性(P＞0.05).结论:认知干预能促进精神分裂症患者的康复.
