| Abstract: | Summary This report details the clinical course and angiographic findings of a patient with intermittent vertebrobasilar insufficiency. Recanalization of the basilar artery was demonstrated during anticoagulant therapy. A review of the literature failed to disclose a previous report of this occurrence. |
