全瓷贴面美容修复69例临床观察

目的：通过前牙瓷贴面修复效果的临床观察,评价该项技术对前牙美容修复的效果。方法：门诊选择69例患者共计376颗患牙用IPS-empress铸瓷贴面修复,用美国加州牙科协会的评价标准和改良Ryge贴面复查标准评价方法,于修复后1周、6个月、1年、2年复诊,观察修复体保存完整度、颜色的匹配、边缘适合性、术后过敏、牙龈反应5项指标。结果：临床观察结果表明,98%左右的瓷贴面完整度保存良好,并且具有良好的边缘适合性,崩瓷、折裂率及脱落率均低于1%;术后敏感和牙龈反应较轻;患者对修复体的颜色满意程度较高。结论：IPS-empress铸瓷贴面修复系统是一种可靠的美容修复方式。

Clinical analysis of 69 cases with aesthetic all-ceramic restorations

Objective The purpose of this study was to evaluate the clinic efficacy of IPS-Empress porcelain laminate veneers in aesthetic dentistry.
