| 摘 要： | 多数医家把脾、胃、小肠混为一谈，认为脾是消化的主体，主运化水谷精微，脾主消谷,脾胃为气血生化之源等等，相应的脾胃疾病也多从脾来论治。而对于小肠，虽然也与运化水谷有关，却很少有人提起。是小肠的功能微不足道，还是我们忽视了小肠的功能？本文将从脾与小肠的功能入手，引经据典，旁引众医家论述，从而为脾正名。替小肠申冤。

| Abstract: | Most of the doctors lump spleen,stomach and small intestine together,they think spleen is the main body of digestion,governing the transportation and transformation of nutrients from foodstuff,the spleen and stomach are the source of generating Qi and blood etc,the corresponding spleen and stomach diseases are treated aim at spleen.But small intestine is neglected even though it is related to the transportation and transformation of nutrients from foodstuff.Is the function of small intestine insignificant,or its function is neglected? This article aims at the function of spleen and small intestine,quoting the classics,especially the viewpoint of many scholars,so as to re-recognizing the function of spleen,appealing for justice regarding a false charge of small intestine. |
