| 摘 要： | 目的探讨非洲妇女妊娠晚期子宫破裂手术患者进行手术期护理的经验。方法总结非洲尼日尔马拉迪省医院45例子宫破裂手术患者的手术期护理经验。结果经过手术室护理的精心护理,45例子宫破裂患者均顺利完成手术,术后死亡7例,死于多器官功能衰竭。结论通过对子宫破裂的手术患者在手术室根据实际情况进行护理,可提高手术成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective Discuss the experiences of surgical nursing to women of later pregnancy with uterine rupture in Africa during the operative period. Methods Sumrising about the nursing experiences during the operative operative period on the 45 cases of uterine rupture in Surgery of Hospital Maradi of Niger were performed. Results In this group, all the cases were operated successfully through the elaborate nursing of operating rooms. 7 cases died due to MSOF after operation. The remaining 38 cases were cured. Conclusion We nurse the patients with uterine rupture according to local situation in operating rooms, the mission success rate can be improved. |
