高危型人类乳头瘤病毒的检测在宫颈癌筛查中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨高危型人类乳头瘤病毒(HPV)检测在宫颈癌筛查中的应用价值。方法收集328例门诊就诊患者的资料,同时做宫颈组织活检及杂交捕获二代实验检测高危型HPV,以宫颈组织活检结果为标准,分析高危型HPV的检测结果。结果宫颈组织活检结果分别为宫颈炎、CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ及浸润癌的高危型HPV感染率分别为20.9%、57.6%、90.6%、96.5%和100%;CINⅡ级以上病变患者高危型HPV平均感染率为94.3%,与宫颈炎感染率20.9%相比,差异有统计学意义。结论CIN病变程度越严重,高危型HPV感染率越高;高危型HPV感染在宫颈癌早期病变的筛查中具有风险提示作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the value of high - risk human papillomavirus (HPV) detection in screening cervical cancer. Methods Collected the materials and cervical tissue biopsy samples of 328 out - patients, and at the same time carried out the Hybrid Capture Ⅱ experimental detection of high - risk HPV. Then analyzed the detection results of high - risk HPV, regarding the cervical biopsy results as standard. Results The cervical tissue biopsy results showed that the high - risk HPV infection rates of cervicitis, CIN Ⅰ , CIN Ⅱ , CIN Ⅲ and infiltrating carcinoma were 20.9% , 57.6% , 90.6% , 96.5% and 100% respectively. The average infection rate of high - risk HPV of patients with CIN Ⅱ grade and the more than CIN Ⅱ grade was 94.3%. Compared with 20.9% of the vervicitis infection rate, it has statistical significance. Conclusion The more serious CIN pathological change has the higher the high - risk HPV infection rate. The High - risk HPV infection maybe suggest early cervical pathological changes.
