高压氧联合帕罗西汀治疗围绝经期抑郁症33例疗效观察

目的观察高压氧联合帕罗西汀治疗围绝经期抑郁症的临床疗效。方法将65例围绝经期抑郁症患者随机分为两组,对照组32例,予口服帕罗西汀治疗;治疗组33例,在口服帕罗西汀治疗基础上予高压氧治疗。两组疗程均为8周,分别在治疗前和治疗2周、4周、6周和8周后应用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）对患者进行评定,以治疗前后HAMD减分率评定临床疗效。结果治疗8周后,对照组显效率50.0%（16/32）,有效率87.5%（28/32）;治疗组显效率78.8%（26/33）,有效率93.9%（31/33）,两组显效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。同时,治疗6周、8周后HAMD比较,两组均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论高压氧联合帕罗西汀能有效治疗围绝经期抑郁症。

Clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy plus paroxetine for perimenopause related

Objective To observe the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy plus paroxetine for perimenopause related depression.Methods 65 patients were divided into control group （32 cases） and treatment group（33 cases） randomly.The control group were treated by paroxetine;the treatment group were treated by hyperbaric oxygen plus paroxetine.All the patients were treated for a course of eight weeks,and assessed with Hamilton Depression Rating Scale（HAMD） before treatment and 2,4,6,8 weeks after treatment.The clinical effect was evaluated according to the difference of HAMD before and after treatment.Results 8 weeks after treatment,the rates of efficacy and marked improvement in the control group were 50.0% and 87.5%,and those in the treatment group were 78.8% and 93.9%,the rates of marked improvement were significant differences between two groups （P0.05）.And 6,8 weeks after treatment,scores of HAMD were significant differences between two groups （P0.05）.Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy plus paroxetine is an effective therapy for perimenopause related depression.
