老年人免疫功能测定法—卡介苗皮上划痕

本文报告用卡介苗皮上划痕法测定老年人470例和作为对照组的健康青壮年人30例的免疫功能。结果显示,老年人大多数皮试反应在正常范围;只有少数人(10～15％)反应减弱或增强。同时选择20例癌肿患者进行测定,结果与上述两组反应明显不同,多数(70％)反应呈减弱,说明癌肿患者免疫功能低下。本试验与体外免疫功能常规指标测定进行了比较。本试验是否优于体外常规免疫测定指标,是否有其他原因导致出现假阴性,因此,临床应用价值尚需作前瞻性观察加以证实。此法反应强度直视,判定客观,方法简便,尚能反映机体的免疫功能状态。因此,有可能成为观察机体免疫功能状态的一个窗口。

Measurement of Immune Function in Vivo in the Aged Using BCG the Method of Dermograph Reaction

t the dermograph reaction using BCG in 470 cases in the aged aad 30 cases healthy middle-age, younger-age persons as control were reported. Results revealed that the majority of the reaction in the aged peoples were normal ranges, the minority of them the reaction were weak or strong.Abnormal reaction of immune function in the aged were examined at the same time by the immune function routine examination in vitro, the strong reaction group mean values were higher than those in the weak reaction group, but there is no significant difference (P>0.05).There were 14 cases the weak reaction in 20 patients with carcinoma were significantly higher(70%).This method may be sensitive and audio-visual for early stage diagnosis of the patient with carcinoma in subclinical stage. The above results suggest that the dermograph reaction method could reflect the situation of immune function in the aged.
