天津市医生吸烟相关行为及其影响因素调查

目的了解天津市医生吸烟相关行为、提供戒烟服务情况及其影响因素,为制定干预策略提供依据。方法采用多阶段随机分层抽样的方法抽取3个区县的各级医院的临床医生,以面对面询问的方式对调查对象进行吸烟情况、烟草危害相关知识、对控制吸烟政策的态度和控制吸烟能力等相关信息进行问卷调查。结果天津地区医生吸烟率为16.4%,男性吸烟率为37.5%,明显高于女性吸烟率0.4%,吸烟的医生中有73.8%在上班时吸烟,有36.0%尝试过戒烟;调查对象中有60.5%会经常建议病人戒烟,57.1%听说过戒烟药物,但只有7人给病人使用过;大部分医生对医院控烟持支持态度,并对烟草的危害的认知度较高,但也有相当一部分对烟草的某些危害存在误区;影响医生吸烟的主要因素有吸烟相关知识、性别以及家中是否可以吸烟。结论天津地区医生的吸烟率较高,为患者提供戒烟服务的意识和技能有待提高,医生的吸烟行为受多个因素影响。

Study on smoking-related behaviors and influencing factors among doctors in Tianjin

Objective To investigate the present status of smoking,smoking control ability and influencing factors among doctors in Tianjin.Methods Random stratified sampling was conducted.Doctors sampled from 3 districts were studied with inquiry questionnaires.Results The total smoking rate was 16.4%.The male smoking rate was 37.5% and the female rate was 0.4%.Among the smoking doctors,the rate of smoking during woring time was 73.8%,and the rate of doctor who try to quit smoking was 36.0%.60.5% of doctors could suggest patients quitting smoking.57.1% of doctors recognized some drugs can cure tobacco dependence,but only 7 of them had used the drugs to prevent the patients smok-ing.Most of the doctors welcome to quit smoking in hospitals,and recognized the adverse health effects of tobacco in detail,but some of them have recognized some effects erroneously.The main factors which impact doctors smoking were smoking-related knowledge,gender,as well as whether to smoke at home.Conclusion The rate of doctor smokers in Tianjin is higher.Smoking control ability among doctors should be improved.Doctor’s smoking behavior is affected by multi-factors.
